Export Support File from RDE300i Configuration Manager

On the RDE300i Configuration Manager Software, the Support tab contains an "Export Support File" button, as shown below.


The Support File contains settings and log data for troubleshooting system problems. Send this file to Atonometrics if requested. 


Note: The Support File is not intended for user data logging and it does not contain any user-readable data. For data logging, users must use an external data logger or SCADA system to read data from the Modbus RTU registers.
