A potential problem that could cause RDE300i firmware loading to be unsuccessful (issue A101-58) was solved in RDE300i Configuration Manager R6880, released May 2024.
If you are experiencing firmware update problems, please ensure you are using the latest release of RDE300i Configuration Manager, available from: RDE300i Software Updates.
Only if directed by Atonometrics, apply the A101-58 recovery procedure as follows:
- Download the A101-58 recovery firmware from the link at the bottom of this page
- Install the A101-58 recovery firmware on your RDE300i unit according to normal firmware loading directions found here: Updating RDE300i Firmware
- Once the firmware is loaded successfully, download the latest RDE300i firmware found here: Updating RDE300i Firmware
