RDE300i firmware versions R6569, R6611, R6654, and R6678 have a known issue -- Atonometrics issue number A101-57 -- that could cause firmware loading to be unsuccessful.

Procedure:
- Download the A101-57 recovery firmware from the link at the bottom of this page
- Load the A101-57 recovery firmware on your RDE300i unit according to normal firmware loading directions found here: Updating RDE300i Firmware
- Once the firmware is loaded successfully, download the latest RDE300i firmware found here: Updating RDE300i Firmware
