If the following error message displays when updating RC18 Communication Settings:
“Failed to set the Device Address. Please cycle power the RC18 and use the Find feature of this client.”
And/or the following error message displays when updating RC18 Analog Output Settings:
“Error updating the following settings: Analog Output 1 Signal Analog Output 1 Format Analog Output 2 Signal Analog Output 2 Format”
Please verify the version of the RC18 Configuration Manager and the version of the RC18 firmware meet the following compatability requirements:
RC18 units with Firmware Version R5745 or greater are only compatible with RC18 Configuration Manager Version R5743 or greater.
If needed, please download the latest version of RC18 Configuration Manager Software.
